GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between Closer Society LLC (the “Company”, “Closer Society”, “we”, or “us”) and the individual or entity purchasing or accessing any program, training, or service offered by the Company (the “Client” or “User”).

These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Agreement. By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any program or service provided by Closer Society, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1 Affiliate: Any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Closer Society LLC.

1.2 Confidential Information: Any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other including but not limited to strategies, sales scripts, frameworks, financial data, training materials, client information, and proprietary business processes.

1.3 Intellectual Property: All proprietary materials owned or licensed by Closer Society including training materials, sales scripts, frameworks, videos, documents, systems, trademarks, branding, and any derivative works.

1.4 Services: Coaching, consulting, training programs, educational materials, mentorship, and related services provided by Closer Society, including but not limited to Closer Academy and related programs.

1.5 Client Obligations: Responsibilities the Client agrees to fulfill including participation, compliance with training instructions, and ethical use of materials.

1.6 Programs: Any training program, coaching program, mentorship program, or educational system offered by Closer Society.

1.7 Applicable Laws: All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Description of Services

Closer Society agrees to provide access to educational training and mentorship related to High Ticket Closing and digital sales skills, including but not limited to:

• Access to proprietary training modules and materials
• Coaching sessions or group training calls
• Sales frameworks, scripts, and methodologies
• Guidance on developing high ticket closing skills
• Community access or mentorship support where applicable

2.2 No Income Guarantees

Closer Society does not guarantee any specific income level, job placement, earnings, or financial outcome.

Results depend on multiple factors including:

• Individual effort
• Sales skill development
• Market conditions
• Client implementation

The Client understands that success requires personal commitment and consistent action.

2.3 Right to Modify Services

Closer Society reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time to improve program delivery.

2.4 Third Party Services

Certain services may involve third party tools, platforms, or service providers. Closer Society is not responsible for the actions or performance of these third parties.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

3.1 Program Fees

The Client agrees to pay the full program fee as outlined during purchase or in the Service Agreement.

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be made using approved payment processors including but not limited to credit cards, financing providers, or installment payment platforms.

3.3 Late Payments

If the Client fails to complete payment obligations, Closer Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the program until payment obligations are fulfilled.

3.4 Collection Costs

The Client agrees to reimburse Closer Society for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue payments including legal or collection fees.

4. Refund Policy

All program purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Closer Society provides educational training and intellectual property which is immediately accessible upon enrollment.

Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Right to Cancel (Cooling Off Period)

Where required by law, purchasers may cancel their purchase within three (3) business days from the date of purchase.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

After this period, all sales are final.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Participate actively in the program
• Use program materials only for personal educational purposes
• Act ethically and professionally when applying the skills learned
• Not misrepresent Closer Society or its programs

Failure to comply may result in termination of program access.

7. Confidentiality

The Client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or share any confidential or proprietary materials provided by Closer Society including:

• Sales frameworks
• Scripts
• Training materials
• Internal strategies

Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property provided by Closer Society remains the exclusive property of Closer Society LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Clients may not:

• Resell program content
• Reproduce training materials
• Share proprietary systems
• Create derivative works based on Closer Society content

9. Termination

Closer Society reserves the right to terminate access to the program if the Client:

• Violates these Terms
• Fails to complete payment obligations
• Misuses intellectual property
• Engages in disruptive or unethical behavior

Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Closer Society shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income or business opportunities
• Decisions made by the Client based on program information

All training and materials are provided for educational purposes only.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable jurisdiction of Closer Society LLC.

11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration as permitted by law.

12. Updates to Terms

Closer Society reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any program agreement or purchase terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Closer Society.

They supersede any prior discussions or agreements.
